What Is AV Installation?
AV installation is the process of physically fitting, connecting, and configuring audio-visual technology so it works reliably in your space - including displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, room PCs/codecs, control interfaces, and the underlying cabling and network connections.
The goal isn't just to 'fit the kit' - it's to deliver a meeting experience people actually trust.

Confirm scope, access, room list, programme, stakeholders, and comms cadence.
Site Survey + Dependency Check
Validate power/data, mounting surfaces, furniture cut-outs, containment routes, and IT prerequisites.
Pre-Config & Staging
Equipment is received, checked, labelled, and (where appropriate) pre-configured to reduce onsite risk.
First Fix (When Required)
Containment and cabling are installed, labelled, tested, and signed off before closure.
Second Fix (Equipment Install)
Displays, cameras, speakers, mics, touch panels, peripherals, and rack equipment installed cleanly and securely.
Commissioning & Testing
End-to-end testing using room-type scripts: audio, video, content sharing/BYOD, control flows, and monitoring.
Handover & Training
