Moving Office? We Move Your Meeting Room Tech
Your removals firm moves the desks and crates. But who takes the boardroom apart, proves everything worked before the move, and has every meeting room working on day one at the new office? That is the gap an office move falls into - and it is exactly what we do.
We relocate the technology layer of your move - meeting room AV, video conferencing, displays and signage - working alongside your removals firm, not instead of it.
- Every room tested and photographed before take-down, so nothing is argued about later
- Packed by AV engineers and labelled by room - not wrapped in a blanket in a crate
- Reinstalled, calibrated and commissioned so day one at the new office just works
One partner accountable for your technology from the old office to the new one. Call us early in your move planning - the technology is the part most moves leave too late.
Plain answers, no obligation - and the earlier you call, the smoother the move.
Six kits. One accountable journey.
From proving everything works at the old office to handing over working rooms at the new one.
Tap a stage to see what happens - from first inspection at your old office to working rooms at the new one.
How fast on site? On our most recent published project we installed six meeting rooms in 1.25 days on site - pre-staging off-site is how reinstalls stay quick at the new office too. See the case study.
Who does what on a move
Removals firms are good at what they do - and we work alongside them on every move. The honest split of who does what:
| Task | Removals firm | IT logistics | MAV |
|---|---|---|---|
| Packs and transports furniture and crates | Yes | Some | No - that is your removals firm's job |
| Tests AV before take-down | No | No | Yes - documented with photos |
| Decommissions AV safely | No | Some | Yes - by AV engineers |
| Labels cabling by room | Rarely | Some | Yes |
| Stores equipment between sites | Some | Some | Yes - our own facility |
| Reinstalls and mounts at the new site | No | Rarely | Yes - to new-install standards |
| Calibrates and commissions every room | No | No | Yes - with photographic sign-off |
| Supports the rooms afterwards | No | No | Yes - same team, ongoing |
Three moves we see every month
Growing into a bigger office
Your rooms move with you, and the new floors get extra rooms fitted in the same visit - one programme, one standard.
Two sites becoming one
We inventory both estates, move the best equipment, and responsibly dispose of the rest through our decommissioning service.
Refurbishment or a gap between leases
Kit comes down, goes into our storage, and comes back calibrated when the site is ready - days or months later.
Not everything should make the move
Not everything should make the move. Ageing screens, obsolete codecs and cable spaghetti are better retired than reinstalled - we handle WEEE-compliant recycling and disposal as part of the same project, with full documentation.
