    The biggest driver of cost is room size, because it dictates the camera coverage, number of microphones and audio processing required. The ranges below are indicative installed costs in the UK, excluding licensing.

    What changes the price of a Teams Room?

    Room size & acoustics

    Larger rooms need more microphones, stronger speakers and DSP audio tuning to stay intelligible.

    Single vs dual displays

    Two screens (people on one, content on the other) add cost but improve hybrid productivity.

    Cabling & infrastructure

    Power and network at device positions, containment and cable routes, especially in older buildings.

    Front-of-room works

    Mounting surfaces, joinery, redecoration and making good after install can be a meaningful line item.
