    Built Around Your Rooms (Not A One-Size-Fits-All 'Best Device')

    There isn't one 'best' brand or one 'best setup' for every space. The right VC equipment depends on the room size, shape, acoustics, use case, and platform. We design each room individually.

    Small rooms (2–6 people)

    Typically: an all-in-one video bar, touch controller, one display, optional wireless presentation.

    Medium rooms (6–10 people)

    Most common issue: a bar that can't cover the full table. Medium rooms often need stronger camera coverage and improved mic reach (sometimes expansion mics), and may benefit from dual displays.

    Boardrooms / large rooms

    This is where cheap installs fail. Larger spaces often require multiple mics (table or ceiling), stronger speaker coverage, DSP tuning, and dual displays (sometimes more).

    BYOD / 'use my laptop in the room'

    If users want the simplicity of joining from their laptop while still using the room camera, microphones and speakers, we design BYOD workflows that don't rely on messy cables or unreliable workarounds.

    A professional VC install isn't finished when the camera turns on. We deliver a staged approach that includes installation, commissioning, testing, documentation, and training-so rooms are stable and supportable.

    During commissioning we validate real-world scenarios: audio quality/echo behaviour, mic pickup, camera framing, Teams/Zoom join experience, content sharing, and control workflows.

    At Handover

    What you get at handover: as-built information, schematics, patching/port references, asset registers, warranty schedules, and simple operational runbooks.
