    Freelance AV Installation Engineer

    £150 to £300 per day (typical, agreed per assignment) UK-wide, you set your travel radius

    Outside IR35 where the role allows. Invoice via your own limited company or umbrella.

    We place experienced freelance AV installation engineers on commercial fit-out and meeting-room projects across the UK. You set your day rate and coverage area; we bring the work and handle the client, scope and scheduling.

    What you will do

    • First and second-fix AV installation on commercial sites
    • Rack build, dress and label; cable containment and termination
    • Mounting displays, video bars and meeting-room hardware
    • Supporting commissioning, testing and client handover

    What you will need

    • Valid ECS card (CSCS accepted) and full UK driving licence
    • 2+ years hands-on AV installation experience
    • Familiarity with Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS and Teams Rooms hardware
    • Right to work in the UK; AVIXA CTS desirable
