    AV Project Manager (Contract)

    £400 to £650 per day (typical, agreed per assignment) UK-wide, hybrid with site visits

    Outside IR35 where the role allows. Invoice via your own limited company or umbrella.

    We place contract AV project managers on commercial fit-out, meeting-room and UC projects across the UK. You own delivery end to end, from kick-off and programme through install teams, commissioning and client handover, while we handle the commercials and resourcing.

    What you will do

    • Own AV project delivery from kick-off to handover against scope, budget and programme
    • Coordinate install, commissioning and programming teams on site
    • Manage the client relationship, RAMS, site logistics and procurement
    • Track progress, risks and snags through to sign-off and documentation

    What you will need

    • 4+ years managing commercial AV or fit-out projects
    • Strong grasp of AV/VC systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, Teams Rooms) and install sequencing
    • Confident running programmes, RAMS and client communications
    • PRINCE2, APM or AVIXA CTS desirable; UK right to work and driving licence
